Ordering from Creatively Yours Scrapbooks is simple. Just click on the item that you would like to purchase and when you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart. The site will step you through the rest of the process.
Please make sure that you fill out the notes section at the bottom of the page to inform us of any specific needs that you would like included in the creation of your personal scrapbook. If you have no particular needs, please enter NONE in this box. For travel scrapbooks please enter the headings that you would like to include in the pages.

Returns
Our number one priority at Creatively Yours Scrapbooks is our customers. We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee*. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back for a 100% refund or a product replacement; which ever you choose. All that we ask is that the order must be returned within 30 days of purchase in an unused state. Considering this, please check your entire product over when you receive it to verify that you are completely happy with your purchase.
* Travel scrapbooks are not refundable due to the specific nature of that product. We will work with the customer if there are any concerns with the order but we do not offer a full refund on the travel scrapbooks.
Order Status
We will send you an email letting you know when your order is shipped. If you have not yet received an email with your shipping information that means that your order is currently being processed.
Shipping
With the nature of the products being individually hand crafted, processing your order can take up to two weeks, depending on volume. We only start an order once we one is placed, ensuring that each customer gets exactly what they are expecting. We understand that processing time can be a concern for some so we can put priority processing on an order for an additional fee if requested. Priority processing will reduce the processing to three days and also will include express shipping.
